Method of preparation
You are to pour in your beef stock in a pot of boiling water; cook till it boils, and then turn off the heat.
Pour couscous into the already settled boiled beef-water mixture. Allow the couscous to absorb water, then fluff and set aside.
Add two cooking spoons of Vegetable Oil to a frying pan.
Add your onions, garlic, ginger, chicken chunks, bay leaves, seasoning cubes, rosemary leaves, black pepper, and stir fry for 5 minutes.
Add the couscous along with the mixed vegetables, blend to incorporate well, and then cook for 2-3 minutes
