Davido is currently basking in joy over the millions of naira he has received just in two days following his 100 million naira challenge. So far, he has received over 174 million naira in his Wema Bank Account.

What started as a joke, according to him, became a real thing as people responded.

If you recall, the soon to be 29 years old Osun State-born singer had tweeted on Wednesday that people should send him money so he could clear a vehicle “Rolls Royce” at the port before his November 21st birthday.

He wrote: “If you know I’ve given you a hit song, send me money; una know una selves oo.”

In a twinkle of an eye, millions of naira entered his account.

He wrote, “Omo 7 million naira in 10 minutes; keep goin!! I love y’all! Aim nah N100 million naira. I wan clear my Rolls Royce from port abeg.”

Davido, who currently has three children with three different women, was marvelled at the display of affection by people.

Davido showed his appreciation by mentioning the donors and the amount each donated. However, I noticed that he did not disclose the amount given to him by Femi Otedola, Obi Cubana, Don Jazzy, Patoranking, Papaya_Ex and E-Money. In my opinion, he did not disclose the amount they gave because they gave him “Chicken change,” as in an insubstantial amount.
