Ini Umoren, a graduate of the University of Uyo was in search of a job, and she tweeted this.
Someone, Frank Akpan, saw her tweet and decided to give her a job, unknown to Ini that there was actually no available joy from Frank’s end. His only intention was to rape and kill her, which he achieved.
Ini went for the fake Job Interview on the 29th of April. She met Frank along Airport road, AkwaIbom, Uyo.
Frank on getting to his evil location raped and killed Ini. He afterwards buried Ini in his compound.
Frank was however discovered after Ini’s close friend, Uduak, whom she had informed about the interview raised alarm about her friend being missing after going for a job interview. This led to the arrest of Frank Akpan.
Ini’s body has been exhumed from where Frank buried her.
Ini was buried with a large percentage of her family gathered at the venue.
A proper burial was conducted for Ini Umoren on Friday, 14th May, 2021 in her father’s house at Nung Ita Ikot Obio Enin Atai, Oruk Anam Local Goment Area of Akwa Ibom State.
